ABOUT OWNER : Harbor Breeze Villas is a secluded enclave of fourteen private villas adorned by the Atlantic Ocean, sugary sand beach and rolling green hills. Structurally designed for our villas was provided by Lauren Knowles Construction Co. and interior aesthetics by owners; Ellis & Ingrid Major.

Lush native berries (Seagrapes) align the pathway to each villa. Hungry, grab a snack-savor the taste of the Tropics. These "berries" flourish in extreme coastal environments (which means once you see them, a beach is close by) and are wind resistant due to their broad leaves which offer excellent shade to neighboring residents. Enjoy the taste (riper ones are better), the shade and the knowledge that beaches are on the property (just a few hops away).
